Remember 1917 - A Centenary Project for Schools

2017 will see the 100th anniversary of a number of key battles and world-changing events from the Battle of Arras to the Russian Revolution. Throughout the summer and into the autumn, the UK government will be commemorating the Third Battle of Ypres, commonly known simply as 'Passchendaele'.

We would like young people across the country to remember the events of 1917 by undertaking a research project or taking part in one of our regional competition events. This forms part of the official UK government commemorations for Passchendaele100.

The best research projects wil be selected to create a podcast series which will be professionally developed, produced and recorded in a London studio by Chrome Media.
